RadioDNS is a UK-based Membership Association, and as such our use of information is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. If you need to contact us, please email team@radiodns.org.

Webservers and automatically-captured information
This website automatically collects information about which pages are visited, browsers used, the domain name (e.g., aol.com) of visitors, and information about where the user has come from. We use this to dynamically write the site so that it’s relevant to you, and we also use it for internal review and for traffic audits. We use Google Analytics to assist us, who have a separate privacy policy: no personally-identifiable information is kept by Google Analytics.

Cookies
Google Analytics stores information in a radiodns.org cookie to assist in its analysis. You do not require cookies to access this site.

Email addresses and personal details
To passively use our site, we do not need your e-mail address. When making a comment on this site, we ask you for a name and email address, which is stored next to your comment, and used to ensure that we can contact you in future should we need to. We do not give any of your information to any third party without your consent.

Information held, and EU regulations
This website is hosted in the Ireland by Amazon Web Services. Email to @radiodns.org is held on Google’s systems.

Discussions are operated by Google Groups, who have their own privacy policy.
