Autumn travels (IFA, IBC and NAB)

Caroline Brindle 30th July 2012

RadioDNS will be represented at three events this autumn – IFA in Berlin, IBC in Amsterdam and the NAB Radioshow in Dallas.

Our autumn starts with ARD (represented by our member SWR) demonstrating RadioDNS at IFA in Berlin between August 31st and 5th September. You can see what Germany’s public service broadcasters will be providing their listeners with, through a combination of DAB+, FM and RadioDNS.

From September 7-11 we will be demonstrating the latest developments in RadioDNS applications and implementations at IBC in the EBU village, located at 10.F20. We’ll be showing devices supporting RadioDNS applications and broadcasters using the EBU Technical Lab’s RadioDNS Manager Service there every day – do let us know if you’d like to come and visit us. Our technology will also be on display at the BBC’s stand, showing what services the UK’s public service broadcaster is providing and working on.

We’ll then be travelling to Dallas, Texas to exhibit at the NAB Radioshow 2012, from September 19-21. We’ll be showcasing hybrid radio functionality like automatic switching between FM and IP and talking to our American members and supporters at booth 921. If you’d like a VIP pass to the exhibitions, please email us.

Nick will also be participating in the conference, talking about Hybrid Radio and RadioDNS’s recent developments. This session will be taking place on Thursday, September 20 from 1:30 – 2:45 p.m. in the Morocco Room at the Hilton Anatole.
