Automotive Workshop VIII & IX
February saw our eighth Automotive Workshop, organised together with WorldDAB, attended by over 70 online participants. The summary can be found here. The workshops are an opportunity for all interested parties to get together and discuss issues and ways to solve any problems that are arising. We’ve not yet opened registration for the next workshop, which will be on June 8th, if you haven’t attended before and are interested, please get in touch by emailing the project office or replying to this email.
RadioDNS podcast
We have a regular podcast that you can listen to here or wherever you normally listen to podcasts. For our latest edition Nick was joined by Jacqueline Bierhorst (Radioplayer Netherlands), Martin Koch (Cariad) and Ben Poor (EBU). They spoke about the success of hybrid radio in Europe and how they have overcome challenges through communicating and working together. RadioDNS Steering Board
Our Steering Board is elected every 2 years and at our General Assembly in February we said goodbye to some valued board members, welcomed new ones and were delighted others remained to continue their time on our board.
Our first meeting together was last week and we had a full agenda as we continue to work to benefit all involved in hybrid radio. The board govern what we do at RadioDNS and how we can best serve our members, you can see previous meeting minutes here.
