Background
The Standard Terms were created as a result of discussions between broadcasters and manufacturers, which created the Guidelines on Provision of Station Logos to Automotive Receivers – February 2018 (Published in conjunction with WorldDAB)
First Consultation Period (April 2019)
The first consultation period from February 2019 – 12th April 2019. The consultation document, including the proposed wording, is available as a Microsoft Word document or an Adobe Acrobat (PDF) document.
Additional Consultation Period (August 2019)
Feedback from the first consultation period was used to update the Standard Terms. You can see the revised version with mark-up showing changes from the first version in this Adobe Acrobat (PDF) document.
As we did not receive sufficient feedback on the issues of warranty and liability, an additional consultation period ran from 12th August 2019 – 9th September 2019. You can read the consultation document in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat (PDF) formats.
