A Busy Season for RadioDNS: From NAB Show to BroadcastAsia and AutoTech

Rosie Kendrick 2nd June 2026

It’s been a busy few weeks for RadioDNS Project Director Nick Piggott, with a packed schedule of industry events and plenty of opportunities to showcase the future of radio in the connected car.

Earlier this year, Nick attended NAB Show in Las Vegas, where the RadioDNS demo attracted significant interest from broadcasters, automotive companies, technology providers and industry partners. The demo provided attendees with a hands-on look at how hybrid radio can enhance the in-car listening experience, combining the strengths of broadcast and IP connectivity to deliver richer content, improved service discovery and greater listener engagement.

More recently, Nick was speaking at BroadcastAsia, discussing the role of hybrid radio in the future of in-car entertainment and highlighting how broadcasters can take advantage of new digital capabilities to better serve audiences. His presentation explored how digital radio and innovative creative formats are helping to deliver more universal, inclusive and resilient services, while also opening up new opportunities for interaction and engagement.

The conversation continues this week at AutoTech in Detroit, where Nick will once again be demonstrating what RadioDNS can enable in modern vehicle dashboards. If you’re involved in the automotive industry and want to see how radio can evolve beyond simple audio delivery, we’d encourage you to stop by and see the demo in action. Whether your interest is user experience, connected services, hybrid radio, metadata, safety alerts or audience engagement, we’d be delighted to show you what’s possible.

Can’t make it to Detroit?
