RadioDNS keeps growing, and more people are contacting us every day to find out about the project and how they can get involved.
We’re involved in more meetings, talking to people in more countries, going to more conferences and exhibitions, and exchanging more information than ever before. In short, we’ve got to a point where it’s time to have someone dedicated to looking after the project, its members and supporters.
We were surprised at how many applications we had for our Project Co-ordinator role, and it was really great to see people from all over the industry and all over the world putting their names forward. Competition was really tough, but we think we’ve picked just exactly the right person to be our Project Co-Ordinator.
So let me introduce you to Caroline Brindle, Project Co-Ordinator of RadioDNS. Caroline has previously worked in a similar role at WorldDMB, the organisation that oversees DAB Digital Radio globally. I’ll hand over to Caroline.
I’m delighted to be joining RadioDNS as Project Co-ordinator – it’s a great organisation with some really interesting developments lined up for this year and beyond, and I can’t wait to get stuck in.
It’s good to see so many familiar names as RadioDNS members and supporters from my time as Project Manager at WorldDMB. During the past 4 years, I’ve gained a solid knowledge of the radio industry across the world, travelled widely and met representatives spanning countries from Australia to Canada and Russia to Spain.
I’ve followed the creation and growth of RadioDNS with great interest. I’m really excited about getting to know the project from the inside and contributing to a really dynamic and forward thinking organisation. I’ll look forward to being in touch with everyone shortly.
