Improving the User Interface and Experience of Radio in the Car
Tuesday 7th February, 14:30 – 17:00 CET, EBU (Geneva, Switzerland)
Open to everyone (numbers limited – preference to RadioDNS and WorldDAB member organisations)
Presented in conjunction with WorldDAB
Some drivers are finding it difficult to make the switch from analogue to digital radio in the car. This workshop is based around the WorldDAB User Experience group, and their research into drivers’ experiences across Europe.
It will look specifically at User Interfaces and Experience for drivers, and discuss five ways we could collectively make that experience better.
Video and Presentation
You can watch the seminar here, and download the Automotive Workshop 2017 Master Presentation.
